This is my 4th Bald is Beautiful campaign.   Each year I have seen more and more people struggle with cancer. and I have seen far too many lose that fight.  While honoring these people I also try to make my campaign fun.  Last year I was not working due to Covid-19.  Every night for a week I went on facebook live and gave the first person who donated the opportunity to select which part of my head would be shaved that night.  between facial hair and scalp I had some wild looks.  

This year I am working and am going to try something more extreme.  I am looking to raise $500 between 3/29/21 and 4/16/21 then Mary Jane from MJD hair studios has agreed to bleach and dye my hair purple for the 2 weeks leading up to the head shaving on May 1st.  Let me just say, some people look quite attractive with purple hair.  I am almost 50, weigh over 300 pounds, and have a beard.  I will look ridiculous.  But I am willing to do it if people will donate to help all those at the kingsbury pavilion at Cheshire med who are living every day with Cancer.
