2017 is the 25th anniversary of the Africa Foundation, which I have been on the board of for 10 years.  I am ignoring middle age and through blood, sweat, tears, and chamois creme, aim to complete two cycling races. First, on March 12th, I will compete in the 110 km Argus Cape Town Challenge with my godson and five 15 year old students from a rural Africa school that the foundation supports.  In June I will also race 400 miles across the mountains from Milan to Monaco over four days.  I would love your support for this fantastic organization and the pain I am about to go through!
