Having watched close family members and most recently my Dad succumb to cancer, I know only too well the pain and suffering this can cause. So it makes my heart drop to imagine any parent having to cope with the dreaded news that their child has cancer! Such news is devastating and I just feel that if I can help in any way to assist in this battle then I'll do it. Running the marathon will be the biggest challenge I've faced, but I'm up for it and  my training has started.
