Story
Dear Friends
In July this year we will be running the British 10k to help send Zambian children orphaned by AIDs to school.
Zambia loses close to 200 people a day to HIV/AIDs - 17% of 15-49 year olds are infected wiping out the most productive age group in the country. The country struggles to support the 710,000 orphans who are a legacy of AIDs.
Through Cecily's Fund we are aiming to help send 100 young people to school this year. To give you an example of how little it costs:
- £25 will pay for a child's primary education for a year
- £50 will pay for a child's secondary education for a year.
Help us give them a chance at a better future.
