Training update - Completed the San Domenico 20 mile race last Sunday which was my last long training run. Still hoping to break 3 hours 30 minutes but 3 hours 39 minutes is the critical cut off as my wife ran this in the Cardiff marathon 2 years ago. I will try not to eat too much chocolate over Easter! 

P.S. If you are in Finance a donation might help you have 'no exceptions' with testing for Sarbox for 2007 however if you don't...
