Raising Money for a new Neonatal Unit for Chester Hospital · 28 January 2016

The Countess Charity works with the local community to raise money for over 80 funds across the hospital - each one making a real difference to patient care!

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My twins Jess and Joe were born in June 2013 in an emergency and were 10 weeks early and spent 2 months and 3 months respectively on the neonatal ward.

The care they received was amazing and the nurses, doctors
and care staff were fantastic and undoubtedly saved their lives.

I want to contribute as much as I can to their £3 million target to get even better facilities for other babies and families and enable them to build a new unit as soon as possible. The nurses, care staff and doctors also deserve better facilities to work in.

I will be doing various events this year, such as running, bag packs, Tough Mudder etc, with a little help from my friends to try to raise £6000 pounds for this amazing cause. They have just over £1.5 million now, the quicker we can assist in getting them to £3 million they need to start building the better!

Thanks very, very much to everyone that sponsors me the money will be extremely well received and make a massive difference to many lives.

Thanks again

Chris
