I have chosen to cycle about 250 miles from Manchester to the Police Federation conference in Bournemouth to raise money for the GMP Federations chosen charities for this year.

The money will be split between the Springhill Hospice (Rochdale) , Broughton House at Salford which is a care home for ex servicemen and women and Bolton Womens Aid  which is a shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence.
