Hello everyone!

Thanks for stopping by my JustGiving page! I'm Chris and I have decided to take part in the ‘Swim for Dementia’ challenge hosted by The Alzheimer’s Society. Over the next 30 days, I will be swimming 10 miles to raise money in memory of both my grandparents, Pat & Ronald Pate.

As we all know, Alzheimer's & dementia are unbearably
cruel. Unfortunately, my family went through it twice within a very short amount of time, which of course took a massive toll on all of us. Seeing my grandparents drift away from the funny and vibrant people they used to be was incredibly hard.

I would love to try and raise as much as I can in order to provide those with the same issues get access to the help and resources available.

I will be sharing my progress over the course of the month as well to keep everyone updated!
