Friends

As many of you know I had my own personal health scare last year. I recently started cycling in a bid to get fit and improve my own health. I now have the opportunity to raise money for a truly worthy and underfunded area of research by cycling from London to Paris. 

Those of you that know me, will know that I haven't committed to this lightly. I'm going to feel every mile! 

I intend to keep this page updated so you can all enjoy reading about my preparation and training. I will also post a diary and images over the 4 days of the ride.
