Here we go again! That time of the year when people avoid me in the street, office corridor and Pub.. (no change there then!)

My friends daughter, Emily, has Down's and those who know her will know very well how much joy she brings to everyone's lives. 

That said, she and many others like her need YOUR support so that they can contribute to society and lead fulfilling happy lives.

This is my 8th Year of doing the 60 mile ride and in that time my buddies and I have raised over £12,800 ! Isn't that amazing. This year Graeme, Phil, Mike and I are hoping that you will help us hit our £3,000 target
