I am doing the guernsey tri-ultimate www.tri-ultimate.gg this is a 1.25 mile swim 21.5 mile cycle and 21.5mile swim. This is the biggest thing that  I haver ever done (so far) and at a total of 44.25 miles I am sure you will agree its an amazing feet. Please give me a small donation to a worthwhile cause.
