Many of you helped me to beat my goal of raising £1000 for the British Heart Foundation last year.

This year I have decided to enter again but in order to make it a little tougher I am taking my son Jack along who is a complete novice. 

Heart disease touches on every one of us at some part in our lives, whether it be our grandparents, parents or children. It is the ceaseless efforts of charities like the British Heart Foundation in their efforts to combat heart disease and generous people like you who help save or improve other peoples lives every day.

I thank each and every one of your for your generosity and remember every pound helps!
