I've set myself the challenge of trekking along part of the Great Wall of China to raise money for my friends at Castel Froma.  They will be able to use the money to purchase specialist mattresses that will help people with disabilites to avoid developing pressure sores. 

What's more, the mattresses can be used to support residents as they participate in their physiotherapy exercises.
