Back in 2014 I underwent my first of what would be 6 surgeries to try and fix my knee which would ultimately cost me my career in the military. After my first big operation I was stuck at home for months before I could move and it was at this time I hit a very dark place. With no support it was my wife and kids who suffered and it nearly cost me my life. It was however at this point that H4H were introduced to me and almost immediately changed my head space for the better giving me a sense of self worth. Moving forward after my last big surgery 2017 it was again H4H along with my Wife who stepped up and helped. I'm now settled into a fantastic job with an amazing family and a debt of gratitude to phoneix house prc catterick which I'll never really be able to pay back. As a way of saying thank you I am going to be swimming the 11 miles across lake Windermere....
