• Anyone in your own family, amongst friends, relatives, work colleagues or acquaintances suffering from deep anxiety or depression and who may be at risk? All too often, real Despair is not worn on the sleeve
• It's a national disgrace that this all has to be funded by charity - 1p per mile (a tenner!) could go a lot further than I'm riding so any donation of any size would be awesome, please just give something.
