Hello all....God knows why but I am embarking on a bit of nonsense and running 7 10k's in the space of 7 days!!!

I am running it to raise money for the amazing charity which I have just been asked to be an Ambassador of....Greater Manchester Youth Network. I will be hoping to rope in a few friends to run with me on each day (they just don't know it yet!!) starting on the 6th of May and then the last run will be the Chorley 10k on the 12th May....where I will be in need of many beers!

Please dig deep if you can as it really is a great charity who help disadvantaged young people basically get a better life!!
