As anyone who has ever met me knows that I don’t really do exercise in any form but Kirkwood hospice helped Mum so much, if Mum hadn’t gone into Kirkwood I dont believe we would have had time we had with her that we were so lucky to have. The staff at Kirkwood showed us all so much compassion they taught us all how to give the care Mum needed and for this we will all be eternally greatful.
So I have decided to do a 10 mile walk/run in memory of Mum and I’ll be dragging my sister with me for support 🤗
