Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This September I will be attempting to run 10k in sheffield at the great yorkshire run.This will be a real challenge for me, and I'm honestly very scared but motivated to get fit for the race!

I have chosen to run for the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) which is an organisation that helps raise awareness of cardiac risk in memory of childhood and family friend Alex Reid who passed away in June last year.To anyone who wishes to donate to my page and for the cause thank you so much for you support.

Also, I'd love for anyone to come down to Sheffield on the day of the race to cheer me along (and have a good laugh)!

Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by the sudden cardiac death. We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.
