Running for Rob

I have decided (with a bit of encouragement from a certain someone who's promised me a Greggs) to run 10km for my cousin Rob and The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).
The best way I could describe Rob, was he was a funny, charming and caring character. In his later years, he struggled with his mental health that led him sadly down a dark path. Despite his best efforts and the love of his friends and family, Rob tragically left us far too early. He passed away in April this year. He leaves behind four beautiful children.
As a 45 year old, 17st human, this is quite a challenge for me to start running but I'm going to give it my best shot. Any donations would be warmly received. Thank you.
Here is some details about CALM.
CALM is leading a movement against depression and suicide. Through our life-saving services and campaigns that drive cultural change, we work with people to push for a life less miserable for you, your friends, your family, and, well, everyone. CALMs helpline and webchat services directly prevented 675 suicides in 2018.
OUR SERVICES:> Webchat and helpline (0800 58 58 58) from 5pm - midnight every day. The line is free, confidential and anonymous, and staffed by trained professionals.
The Website is thecalmzone.net. Through high profile campaigns we help destigmatise mental health and suicide.
