Hey you 

So if you know me you know I like a challenge, In 2018 I did a skydive and raised £1100 for mind, in 2020 I walked 30 miles dressed as a dinosaur and raised £1000. 

So on Sat 6th March starting at 04:00 I will run. This challenge will be the hardest, I’ve never really been into running and I’ve been Inspired by a guy called David Goggins, if you don’t know him google him. Toughest man alive. 

So only 20 days before this challenge I decided I would running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. Yes I’m abit crazy but I believe it’s all in the mind. Your mindset is everything. 

5 years ago I was depressed, suicidal, suffering with many addictions to the point I tried to end it all. Please follow me on social media for more details but fast forward to now and for the last 3 years I’ve been taking on my fears to the point I now stand on stages and motivate people to change their lives through their mindset, I overcome depression and all addictions thought my thoughts to become a international motivation speaker in under 8 months of being clean. The reason I say this is to show you, you can do anything when you take action in the right areas of life. 

With 2020 being such a dark year for a lot of people the mental health statistics are on the rise and I just want to make an impact. So I’m working with mind to do so... the money goes to such a great cause and it saves lives. Suicide has affected a lot of people in this world as every 40 seconds someone is taking that option in the world. 

So raising awareness and getting people to speak about how they’re feeling and learning ways of dealing with life when adversity shows up is key to becoming more fulfilled.
