On Saturday 8 April 2017 I will be taking part in a Zipslide over the Clyde to help Revive MS Support raise some much needed funds for their campaign 'the next step'.

Revive MS Support is a charity that provides vital therapy, advice and support to people affected by Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in the heart of communities across the West of Scotland in order to enhance their well-being and empower them to live full and productive lives.

Multiple Sclerosis is the most common progressive neurological condition affecting young adults, with diagnosis generally between the ages of 20 and 40.
