9 November First four miles completed today in the misty gloom. I heard buzzards, chaffinches and blue tits as well as chomping sheep. Lovely chat with Joe and Ronnie.

Lots of lovely walks including Simonside yesterday (25/11).  The carriageways and riverside walks several times.
