Hope and Soul officially established as a UK charity in July 2017, however we have been supporting those living on the street since 2013 in various projects depending on the needs of each individual child or young person. We have identified there is a great need to provide immediate safety for young children living on the streets with an equal need to promote family reunification and reintroduction to education as soon as possible. Our aim is to raise £15,000 to establish and start the running of our dream children's centre that will provide safe accommodation for young children often subject to abuse of all kinds on the streets of Arusha, Tanzania. This home setting will be used as a stepping stone to either reunification with family members or into full time education with the view that once a child is supported outside of the centre another can be welcomed in.
