I'm doing 3 pretty demanding races over the next few months and would really appreciate your support. 1) Warrior Adrenaline Race (10k with obstacles) 2) Color Me Rad (5k with paint!) 3) London Triathlon Super Sprint (400m swim in the Thames, 10k bike, 2.5k run) I'm doing this for a very good cause - CLIC Sargent which a gorgeous little girl called Nyah has benefitted from.
