Many of us have neighbors, friends or family members who are not able to read in English as it is their second language. Someone we would do anything we could for. We feel their struggle. To address this need we are raising funds to translate, print and share our resource materials with WOC Nurses and medical professionals across the country who care for Spanish-speaking ostomates. As a 501(c)(3) Certified Charity, UOAA strives to fulfill its mission to support, empower and advocate for people who have had or who will have ostomy or continent diversion surgery.
