Break the Silence is a fantastic organisation in Ayrshire who provides a range of free confidential support services to adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I attend counselling for obvious reasons and find the support offered by Break the Silence invaluable. So please help us to raise as much money and awareness as we can for a very worthwhile charity.
