<p><strong>We lost my&nbsp; beautiful son, Adam, to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, last Christmas, aged just 19. He was in the prime of his life, enjoying his second year of reading History at Royal Holloway College, University of London. He lived life to the full, embracing any new challenge, and all with a permanent smile on his face! Losing Adam has devastated my family, but he still inspires me to challenge myself, to be as positive as I can be, and to try to face the future with a smile,&nbsp;armed with&nbsp;a heart full of pride and happy memories. </strong></p> <p><span class="fcg"><span class="fcg">&nbsp;<strong>Every year, 100 boys are diagnosed with this devastating condition. So I have joined a team of 100 supporters who are going to take a leap of faith and skydive for them on 29th February this year,&nbsp;making that extra day count and bringing us a day closer to a treatment or cure.
