Come and walk over the beautiful South Downs from Arundel to Brighton on Saturday, 10th September 2022 to raise money for Imago Dei Prison Ministry (ID). Roger Bailey, Tony Darnell and his walking group will be walking the 25 mile route, along with any other friends that would like to join us. All are very welcome! Go on..........it'll only get you fitter!

******Unfortunately, Christine is now needing to be in the States on Sept 10th, however, Roger, Tony and friends will still be walking to raise funds for this great cause. ********

The walk begins at 8am at Amberley Station (north of Arundel), we head across the South Downs, then down into Hove and along the sea front to Brighton Pier, our finishing point. We expect that we will be finished by 7pm, at the latest.

Christine has volunteered with (ID) for a number of years, running a course in prison called Flourish, aiming to help women prisoners realise their own self worth. 

 ID are committed to equipping women in prison and upon their release to live in their fullest potential, set free from their past, knowing their true value and identity in life. At the heart of ID is the desire to see the women live out their true identity and purpose. We believe that no one should be defined by their past or even their current circumstances. 

There are many reasons and contributing factors as to why women find themselves in prison. By helping to address these issues during the time spent in custody we believe we are offering real practical solutions. We want to equip and empower women to live with purpose, enabling them to make better life choices and to live as valuable members of the community. Help us to make a difference to the lives of women in contact with the Criminal Justice System.
