We are raising money together for a cause very special to many of us. Myself and Hannah have known loved ones fight Cancer, my own mum managed to recover from Womb Cancer and Hannah's aunt fought, and beat, breast cancer. I never had the chance to meet my Father in Law as sadly Cancer took him away from my Husband and family at a young age. The hurt left behind really is so monumental, just like the gap left in everyone's lives.

Cancer is such a devestating disease and whilst many people are lucky enough to be able to beat it, so many people close to our hearts put up the battle of their lives but are taken away from us to go on to pastures new.

A very special, amazing and dear family friend, Sonia Fenner recently finished her long term battle with the disease and although she is sorely missed, her legacy clearly lives on. We are raising money for the hospital that provided her with such good care and I am sure she would be the first to tell you all to dig deep!

The care that these hospitals provide is priceless. The dedication required by the staff, the facilities they must have available and the emotional support they provide to both families and patients really is incredible.

We have probably all witnessed first hand at some point the devestation that Cancer causes and the sadness it leaves behind.

Sonia had to leave behind a loving husband, two beautiful children and a first grandchild on the way. She was so proud of all of them but not nearly as proud as they all are of the battle she fought. She could not be more missed if she tried and will be rememberd for her beauty inside and out, her bravery and her courage always.
