2008 Link to Hope trek

Carpathian Challenge Romania · 28 April 2008
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
I'm back! I did it! and I only got 1 blister!
I spent 6 days trekking across the Carpathian Mountains in North East Romania, in order to raise money for Link Romania's projects there which help the poorest people. The experience was amazing.
I would really appreciate your support. I paid for all the costs of the trek and the flights to Romania myself so all the money you donate will go straight to the charity. After trekking accross the Carpathian Mountains I spent a day in Iasi finding out more about Link Romania's work there and meeting the people who will be helped by your donations.
Thank you to everyone who has helped raise money through coffee mornings, garden parties, etc. There will be another Ritz afternoon tea on Sunday 12th October - please e-mail or phone if you'd like a ticket!
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Link Romania will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
Please sponsor me!
Many thanks for your support.
