Story
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a catastrophic effect on charities, with the cancellation of thousands of events and the loss of billions in income. Captain Tom stepped up to help, taking on his famous walk to support the NHS Covid-19 appeal and inspiring millions to donate to the cause.
I am attempting to do at least 100 hand pedal turns of my 'contraption' each day over the next week in support of the PSPA that helps those suffering from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. They, my doctors, nurses and all the wonderful people at The Department of Neurosciences in Cambridge have supported me in my battle to cope with this dreadful illness over the past three & half years.
