Faye and I are doing the Race for life tomorrow and we've had quite a few people ask us if we are taking sponsorships.  We weren't going to as we usually collect for the Great North Run but if you'd like to donate a quid or two then I'm sure our charity would appreciate it.

Cancer knows no bounds, it is a cruel, anti-social, non-discriminatory disease and often takes the angels in our life that we love the most.  I hope you never need the help of Cancer Research but there are plenty who curerntly do.
