When it was announced that the Church building in Union Street was to be demolished there was public outcry.Why could it not be saved?, It is part of the towns heritage and history. Its shocking! Don't let this happen to Northgate. Northgate Church can be saved but only if the community comes together and makes the funds available for urgent repairs to be carried out. Please help to keep the spire in Northgate! Any donations, large or small, will help us to preserve our iconic building for future generations. Our Christmas Fair on 13 November will raise money for the campaign.
