My MS Charity runs for 2022

My roller coaster last 9 months has seen me changed my job, moving over to Warrington council Environmental crime team and have an operation on my knee. This has stopping me running for the last 3 month.

With all this going on I have decided the safest bet this year would be to just carry on running and raising funds for the MS society Warrington.

I always see myself as one of the lucky people who can decide if I run walk and when I go out. People who have from MS and there families don’t have that luxury in life. With the money raised from me doing something I love the opportunity and psupport will be there.

This will be my 8^th year running these crazy events and I can’t thank people enough for their support.Going back each year many times to people who have supported me previously doesn't get any easier.

 I feel sorry that we still live in a world were raising money through a crazy bald mad man can sometimes be the only options we have.

My runs this year will again be on the 14^th of August to celebrate my father’s birthday. I will running to Blackpool and this year just to make it more fun I will then be riding back on my bike

Then on the 17^th to the 18^th of September I will be running the Equinox 24 hour race at Belvoir castle.

My last run will be the 2^nd of October when I will be running the Chester Marathon
