Story
I have devoted my working life to look after peoples' financial needs to end of life. Oftern during these final months, weeks or days I have seen hospices providing care, support and dignity amidst often stressful and emotionally charged situations. The unsung heroes from the hospices do something amazing yet are reliant on charitable funding with little government support. Whilst I think that the lack of government support is wrong, I can at least cycle to help raise awareness and funding to support this essential aspect of care in the community.
I thank you for reading this and for any support you can give and hope that I can complete an arduous 50 mile bike ride without training on a hot day which includes a 1200m climb!
