Despite thinking my 100 mile cycle ride days were over, I am coming out of 'retirement' to do the 100 mile RideLondon. Shooting Star was voted by Pull staff as the charity we want to support in whatever way we can, and if anything could motivate me to ride 100 miles it is supporting them.

My (ambitious!) aim is to complete the course in 6 hours or an average of 17mph.
