I am participating in the 2015 British Heart Foundation London to Brighton bike ride in memory of my late father who suffered a sudden cardiac arrest 11 years ago while on holiday in Italy. Also for the support my mother-in-law received 12 years ago when she underwent a successful triple heart bypass.

This will be my third Charity bike ride; the first was London to Cambridge for Cancer Research and the second was Oxford to Cambridge on behalf of The British Heart Foundation.
