Well, here's my story! I think that life should be all about following your dream, and I’ve decided to follow mine! This year, I’m going to embark on the most amazing, incredible adventure of my life - I’m planning to cycle all the way across the United States from west to east coast! I’m going to take 11 weeks for the entire journey, starting in March. My planned route is from San Diego, California to Washington DC. I’ll take a laptop with me so I can post photos and regular updates of my progress along the way on my Facebook page.

I decided to do the ride for one of our local charities who perhaps don't get as much attention as the big national charities. Keen are a fantastic organisation who provide a great range of support and fun activities for local children with special needs. Please take a moment to look at their website to see some of the brilliant work they do!

Please dig deep and sponsor me! Donations of any size are welcome - one idea I came up with is, you could perhaps sponsor me a pound for every State I manage to cross! If I make it all the way across, that will be £10!
