At the turn of the 21st century mankind is facing one of its greatest ever threats. As of 2016 there are 2.5 million people in the UK living with cancer, with a 1,000 more being diagnosed every day. But there is a brave resistance to this menace...
In 2016, Macmillan cancer support were able to raise an astounding £245 million investing over £170 million in working to improve the lives of people with cancer. But there is still more to. That's where you can help.
May 4th 2018 I am taking part in Macmillan Games Heroes with a 24 hour Star Wars gaming marathon. That's 24 hours with no breaks, no respite. Please sponsor me and help Macmillan.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page...I'm holding an epic 24 hour gaming marathon for Macmillan Game Heroes 2018 to raise money for people affected by cancer. Sponsor me and help make a real difference through the power of gaming!
You all know me. I'm unlikely to run a marathon or take on an iron man challenge. But I wanted to do something. Macmillan Game Heroes is an opportunity for me to do something. I've not "pulled an all nighter" for years and I do like my sleep. With your support though, I'm willing to do it to support Macmillan Cancer Support. £200 may be the target, but the more we can generate for Macmillan, the better. So please give generously and help Macmillan with the great work they do supporting people living with cancer.
