After 4 1/2 years of running retirement I have decided to get my trainers out again to raise some money for a very worthy cause Harrison's fund.

Harrison is a young boy who in 2011 was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.  This is a horrible disease which is 100% fatal.  His family have created a charity called Harrison's fund, the charitiy's mission is to raise as much money as possible for research with a hope that a cure or treatment for Duchenne can be found before it takes Harrisons life.  

Sarah went to school with Harrison's Dad, so this is a charity that is very close to our heart.
