Hi guys. I'm doing charity run in memory of my mother for COPD Ireland.... My mother suffered with COPD for years before passing away in April of 2018.

For those who don't know Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic inflammatory lung disease that causes obstructed airflow from the lungs.

Witnessing it first hand I know how difficult it can be to live with. COPD support Ireland do great things to help people living with the disease.
