Story

My journey with St Catherine's Hospice has just begun. I am representing my local hospice by doing what I enjoy, running over fells and over the next few years seeing how far I can push myself and how far I can go with my first marathon, my first ultra and my first iron man. I am trying to encourage others to get into walking/running or any kind of exercise. I am also doing this to raise awareness of the wonderful work the hospice does, and hopefully get more people involved in various events over the next few years and hopefully generate funds for the cause.

I am excited about my journey and hope to involve everyone on the way. I am doing regular updates on twitter, Instagram and Facebook about my training and events.

This is the best thing I have ever done and to represent my local hospice while doing what I enjoy is a dream come true. The local community supported St Catherine's earlier in the year by doing the guild wheel walk. By raising thousands it give me the inspiration to do more for hospice. Researching about my local hospice, I decided to dedicated my running and fundraising to them. Let the journey begin.

Thanks for your support.
