Hello,

June has come around again meaning that its time to dust off those Sexy Spandex Shorts I know you love and start that arduous journey from London to Brighton. Unlike most other years, I am much un-fitter, lacking any training distance more then a 1Km and entering a bike that thus far has no saddle, gearage problems and a back wheel waiting to come off, making for what should be a thoroughly unenjoyable ten hours.
