The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about life's problems. 

What we are doing ? 

Walking snowdon 3 times in a row 

Why ? 

3 out of 4 suicides are male and we hope that doing this helps to bring more attention to the fact that this is the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the uk. So 3 times walking up and down snowdon is a way of representing the uphill struggle that many men have and currently are going through. 

Having both suffered with mental health and also dealt with it first hand while servicing in the Police this is a very important cause.
