Hey Everyone, thanks for looking at my page, I've decided to run the London marathon with only 7 weeks notice. I applied  last year but unfortunately I didn’t get a place. However on Tuesday 28th Feb I got an email asking if I could still take part so of course I said yes because I just couldn't miss this amazing opportunity. 

I am going to raise the money in memory of my mum ANNE WALKER who I sadly lost to cancer in 2015. She would have been 60 this year on the 31st July and I wanted to mark that occasion by raising money for a great charity who helped her during her battle with cancer. I believe she is probably looking down on me right now, thinking what a crazy idea! 

I am very grateful for this opportunity and I know I have a hard 7 weeks ahead of me. I am a little nervous but definitely ready to take on challenge and I cant wait to complete something I've always wanted to do. It makes it even more special that it’s for a charity close to my heart and for a person I miss and think about every day. I love you mum x
