With NO running for the past 30 years, I have decided to dust down my trainers and suffer the pain to run the London Marathon in April 2019!

The world's rhino species are currently facing one of the greatest threats to their survival in history. Extensive poaching for the rhino horn continues to threaten the survival of this iconic species with at least 1,054 rhino being poached in 2016 in South Africa alone.

While visiting South Africa at Christmas, I was informed that Pilanesberg Nature Reserve lost 32 rhinos in 2017 and that's with Rangers, fences, security, etc.  So terribly sad!!
