HemiHelp's services are now being delivered by Contact, the charity for families with disabled children. To support families of children with a disability please fundraise for Contact. If you wish, your donation can specifically support families living with hemiplegia - just let Contact know.

Story

Welcome to my JustGiving page. I appreciate you taking time to view my page.

I appreciate times are tough with the credit crunch but if you would like to make a small donation it will be gratefully appreciated, likewise if you could spare a few moments to read about the chosen charity.

I'm raising money for a charity called Hemihelp (www.hemihelp.org.uk), which is a charity close to my fiancées heart as some of you may know Steph has benefited greatly from the Hemihelp team in the past. HemiHelp is a charity providing support and information to people with hemiplegia and their families in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Doing a zip wire off the Tyne Bridge, Newcastle in my Sunderland shirt, is my way of enjoying myself whilst also raising money for a very worthwhile charity & giving something back to society after a kind 30th birthday donation from work colleagues.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
