On Friday 8th May I will attempt to complete a 12 hour cycle on an indoor stationary bike.

AWAREni is the depression charity for Northern Ireland - and the only charity working exclusively for people with depression and bipolar disorder by providing education and support.

 With 1 in 4 people experiencing depression at some point in their lives, AWARE's mission is to promote emotional health and well-being, help people build resilience and maintain positive mental health.

During COVID-19 AWARE will strive to continue to be a source of support for those who need it but they need your help. With AWARE's fundraising events being put on hold due to COVID-19, AWARE are in need of support from the public in order to keep helping people who are struggling with their mental health, particularly at this difficult time.
