As a team we are delighted to take part in this run in order to fundraise money that will help us buy new x-ray equipment and materials that will directly help our paediatric patients.

Last year our team participated in the Sunderland 10K and half marathon and managed to fundraise money that helped us to buy new equipment to support distraction techniques for young patients.

This year we are hoping surpass this success and hope to raise even more money to improve children's experience in our department and  provide the Best Quality of Care.

We aim for excellence in everything we do and our first priority  is our patients.
