Cutting my hair · 18 October 2017

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

I know cutting my hair off isn't the bravest and most extreme thing to do for charity but it all goes to a good cause and the charity told me to make one of these pages.

I was told recently that there has been a shortage of wigs with my hair colour and this made me really think about identity and having to get used to different coloured hair whilst fighting illness. It  must be a huge shock and I want to make that easier in any way  I can. I hope many people will enjoy wearing my mass of hair and it allows them to be more comfortable in their own skin whilst going through a tough time.

The Little Princess Trust is an amazing charity, please if you can, give generously!
